We have recently been made aware of a potential compliance issue with this product following further information provided by the manufacturer. As a precaution, we are conducting a recall.

Please stop using the kettle immediately.

How to organise your return & refund

  2. Include your full name and delivery address
  3. If available, include your order number
  4. Our team will respond with return instructions
  5. Once returned, a full refund will be processed

We aim to make this process as quick and easy as possible.

  • The kettle may not automatically shut off
  • This can lead to overheating, fire risk, or boiling hazards
  • Do not use the product under any circumstances
  • Disconnect from power immediately
