We deliver anywhere in Australia.
When Do We Dispatch?
In-Stock Items
If your item is in stock at our Penrith warehouse, it will be dispatched within 12–24 hours from the time of order, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Out-of-Stock or Special Orders
If the item is not currently in stock and needs to be ordered from our supplier, we will promptly contact you to confirm the order details and provide an estimated delivery timeframe. We’ll ensure you are fully informed of any additional shipping timelines.
Between What Hours Do We Deliver?
We use trusted carriers including TNT, FedEx, and Australia Post to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.
- Delivery Days: Monday to Friday
- Delivery Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (local time)
- Weekends & Public Holidays: No deliveries are made
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, so you can monitor your parcel’s progress.
How Do We Provide Shipping Information?

What Are the Delivery Costs?
The cost of delivery for your order depends on several factors, including:
- Location: Delivery costs may vary depending on whether your address is in a metropolitan area or a more rural or remote location.

What Are the Delivery Times?
Standard Shipping (In-Stock Items)
- Metro Areas: 2–4 business days
- Regional Areas: 4–7 business days (depending on location)
If the item you’ve ordered is not in stock and needs to be ordered from our supplier, we will notify you directly with an estimated delivery timeline.
Express Shipping
- Processing Time: Express orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days.
- Metro Areas: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- Regional Areas: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Special Orders or Supplier Items
If the item you’ve ordered is not in stock and needs to be sourced from a supplier, we will contact you directly with more information about the estimated delivery time.
