Overview & Setup Guide

Alloy vs Steel

Alloy keeps weight down (great for GVM & touring). Steel is ultra-tough for heavy work. We’ll match the build to your use.

Cab & Tray Sizes

  • Single / Extra / Dual Cab options
  • Typical lengths: 1200–1800mm
  • Chassis- or tray-mount solutions

Doors & Layouts

  • Gullwing side doors (L/R)
  • Rear barn/flip-up door
  • Drawers, shelves & partitions

Roof Loads & Accessories

  • Racks, awnings, rooftop tents
  • Shovel, hi-lift & recovery mounts
  • Spare wheel carriers

Dust & Water Sealing

Compression locks, quality seals and positive pressure vents keep the cabin dust-free and dry.

12V & Touring Ready

  • REDARC DC-DC, solar & monitoring
  • Fridge slides, lighting & switching
  • Inverters and outlets

Weight & Compliance

We’ll size your canopy for payload, tow ball weight and GVM upgrades with tidy, compliant installs.

FAQs

Alloy or steel — which should I choose?
Alloy saves weight for payload and fuel economy; steel suits heavy-duty work. We’ll recommend based on use, tray size and roof loads.
Can I run a rooftop tent or 270° awning?
Yes — we’ll spec roof tracks/racks with the right load ratings, plus bracing if required.
Do you set up 12V systems inside the canopy?
Absolutely. From basic lighting to full REDARC systems with DC-DC, solar, inverters and clean cable management.
How dust/water resistant will it be?
We focus on sealing, compression locks and vents for excellent dust/water resistance.
What info do you need to quote?
Vehicle model/year, cab & tray size, payload, roof loads and must-have accessories (fridge, drawers, water, etc.).
