FAQs

Do plates affect cooling or service access?

OCAM plates include ventilation and service cut-outs where needed. We position them to maintain airflow and access to drains/filters where applicable.

Steel vs alloy — which is better?

Steel is tougher for rock strikes and is our default. Alloy is lighter but can mark easier; availability varies by model.

Will they fit with my bull bar or lift?

Most setups are compatible. Tell us your bar brand, lift height and any accessories so we can confirm brackets and clearances.

Can I buy just the front plate?

Yes — individual plates are available, though many tourers choose the full kit for continuous protection.
