Why Add a Snorkel?
Cleaner, Cooler Air
Draws air from roof height to reduce dust ingestion and lower intake temps for more consistent performance.
Water Crossings
Raises the intake to help protect against water entry during creek and floodway crossings.
Durability
Poly snorkels resist UV & impacts; stainless options deliver premium rigidity and long-term corrosion resistance.

FAQs
Polymer vs Stainless — which should I choose?
Polymer is lighter, UV-stable and cost-effective with excellent impact resistance. Stainless offers a premium look, rigid feel and long-term durability; the satin black option blends with OEM styling.
Will a snorkel improve fuel economy or power?
Primary benefits are cleaner, cooler intake air and raised intake height. Some vehicles may feel sharper in dusty/hot conditions; any fuel or power gains are secondary and vehicle-dependent.
Is cutting the guard required?
Most snorkels require a precise guard aperture. We use supplied templates, anti-corrosion prep and body-colour sealants for a factory-like finish.
Can I add a pre-filter head?
Yes. Many ram heads are interchangeable with pre-filter (cyclonic) heads which help eject dust & moisture before the airbox.
What about water sealing?
We seal every joint and test for leaks. While a snorkel helps, always drive to conditions—no snorkel makes a vehicle fully submersible.
